Order Processing & Lead Times
Many of our products are manufactured to order at our workshop in the UK. The estimated manufacturing or lead time is shown on the relevant product page where applicable.
Please note that the stated lead time refers to the time required to manufacture and prepare your order for dispatch. It does not include the carrier's delivery time.
Orders containing several products will normally be dispatched together once all items are ready.
Shipping
We ship throughout the UK and worldwide using established delivery services including FedEx, DHL and Royal Mail, depending on the destination, parcel size and service selected.
Available shipping options and costs will be calculated automatically during checkout based on your delivery address and the contents of your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where a tracked delivery service is used.
UK Delivery
UK orders are dispatched using an appropriate tracked delivery service wherever possible.
Delivery times shown by the carrier are estimates and begin after your order has been dispatched, not from the date the order was placed.
International Delivery
We ship Cockpit Sim Parts products to customers worldwide.
International customers should be aware that orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, taxes or handling charges imposed by the destination country. Unless specifically stated otherwise, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs clearance may occasionally cause additional delays that are outside our control.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address, postcode/ZIP code and contact details are correct before completing your order.
If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Damaged Parcels
Please inspect your parcel as soon as possible after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and provide photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label, internal packaging and damaged item(s). Please keep all packaging until the matter has been resolved, as the carrier may require it as part of a claim.
Delivery Delays
We make every effort to manufacture and dispatch orders within the estimated timeframe. However, manufacturing and delivery dates are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
